Guard Tourer Copied Our Web Site!

The continuing tale of our newest competitor:

There are lots of people in the guard tour business. We've met some of our them over the years, at trade shows and elsewhere. We are on a friendly basis with many of our competitors and have found most to be honorable businesspeople.

Then, on the other hand...

In our last post, we wrote about a company that had copied our home page. But until we took a closer look at their web site, we didn't realize how brazen they were.

As you can see from the illustration, the customer quotes on their web site were copied directly from our user profiles page. They just took out our product name and inserted theirs. They were too lazy to even make up phony names — two of their "customer" names are actually our customers from other user profiles.

Moral of the story: Be careful who you trust as your guard tour system supplier!
