Mainstream Products

Mainstream products are currently in production and eligible for full support. For software products, customers with a current support subscription are eligible to receive point upgrades at no charge.

Maintenance Products

Maintenance products are no longer manufactured, but are still eligible for product support. For software products, no further development or product releases will take place In most cases, an alternative hardware product or software release is available. Limited quantities of maintenance products may still be available for sale.

Discontinued Products

Discontinued products are no longer manufactured or supported. Product support is limited to information, if any, contained in our Knowledge Base. Please contact your sales representative to determine if an alternative product is available.
