Professional Services. Our team can assist you with installation, setup and configuration of your system, either on-site
or remotely via WebEx. Depending on your needs, we can do the complete implementation or assist your IT staff.
Installation
We can assist with the installation and setup of Guard1 Plus Server Edition, including related
components such as SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services.
Our single-user products, including Guard1 Plus Professional and Basic Editions, are easy
to install and do not require Professional Services. Of course, technical support is always available and is included with
your Guard1 Plus purchase.
Training
Your purchase of Guard1 Plus software includes participation in an
on-line training class. Learn how to set up and configure your system, generate and use reports, how to get the most
out of your Guard1 Plus security guard software, and more.
For Guard1 Plus Server Edition customers, we can make training a part of your system implementation.
