How to Place Your Order


You can order online at our store. We'll review your order before shipping it and contact you if we have any questions.

Written Orders

We accept orders via fax or e-mail. We don't require a purchase order unless it is your company policy that you must provide one.

Information We Need

  • The name, phone number and e-mail address of the person placing the order. Shipping confirmations and tracking numbers are e-mailed to this address.
  • Your bill-to address and e-mail address. Invoices are e-mailed to this address.
  • Your ship-to address, if different from the bill-to address.
  • The quantity, description and part number of each item.
  • The desired ship method — UPS Ground, UPS Second Day, or UPS Next Day.

Telephone Orders

To help prevent shipping errors, we do not accept telephone orders.

Processing Time

In-stock orders received by 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time ship the same day.


Our terms are FOB Origin. Net 30 days terms are available after credit approval.

If your company or organization does not have credit terms, we accept VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. If you prefer not to provide card details with the order, please send the order, then call us at 1-800-THE-PIPE to give us your card number.
