Each Guard1 product license has a unique Support Code. Your software license and Support Subscription is linked to this Support Code. When you contact Technical Support for assistance, you will be asked for your Support Code so that we can locate your account and confirm that your Support Subscription is current.
How to find your Support Code
- Start Guard1 Plus.
Select Help from the menu
Select Technical Support Information.
Your Support Code will be listed in the dialog box.
- The Support Code is written on the Guard1 Plus SE CD.
- If you do not have the CD, contact Technical Support to obtain your Support Code number by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling (216) 595-0695.
