-11: Initialization: Thunk Lib not found

When opening Guard1 Plus or the Attendant you receive the following error:





  1. Close all open programs.
  2. Open My Computer.
  3. Navigate to the folder C:\Program Files\Guard1 Plus(or C:\TimeKeeping Systems\Guard1 Plus if Windows Vista).
  4. Right-click the file Guard1Plus.exe and select Properties.
  5. Click the Compatibility tab.
  6. Clear the checkbox next to Run this program in compatibility mode for:.
  7. Click Apply, then click OK.
  8. Repeat Steps 4 through 7 for the file Attendant.exe.
  9. Close My Computer.
  10. If you have shortcuts to Guard1 Plus and/or Attendant on your Desktop, perform Steps 4 through 7 on each.
  11. Open Guard1 Plus. The error should not recur.
