When opening Guard1 Plus

When opening the Attendant

-or-

When opening the Activate Software Wizard, Add Devices Wizard, or Technical Support Application directly from the Windows Start menu

 

You receive the following error:

 

 

Cause

 

Resolution

Log in to Windows using a Local Administrator account and perform the action that triggered the error.   If the error does not recur when logged in as Local Administrator, assign the following minimum required permissions to all User Accounts that will be using Guard1 Plus:

 

If the error recurs when logged in as Local Administrator, uninstall/reinstall Guard1 Plus.
