When you attempt to activate Guard1 Plus SE using the G1ActivateSoftware wizard, the process fails. The Error.log file in the Guard1 Plus SE Server Share shows the following error:




The G1ActivateSoftware wizard is not able to access the TimeKeeping Systems licensing server.  This is typically due to a proxy error.



Verify that the PC where you are running the G1ActivateSoftware wizard has Internet access.


If Internet access is confirmed, contact your network administrator.  The problem is likely due to firewall and/or proxy settings. Your network administrator may have to add the following IP addresses to the firewall's "allow" list:
