When attempting to print or preview a Guard1 Plus report you receive the following error:

 

 

This error may be preceded/followed by 462: The remote server machine does not exist or is unavailable.

 

Cause

 

Resolution

Close all open Word windows, restart Guard1 Plus and try again.  

 

If the error recurs:

 

 

If the error persists, uninstall/reinstall MS Office, or upgrade to the latest version of MS Office.

 

This is a known issue with MS Office 2000. If you have MS Office 2000, refer to Microsoft KB article 188546

 

More Information

You can still print Guard1 Plus reports by selecting the Dot Matrix style on the Report Appearance tab.
