Database State cannot be changed

When attempting to Archive you receive the following error messages:



At this time the cause is unknown. It appears to be related to a problem with the Users table in the database.



Add an additional user to Guard1 Plus:

  1. Open Guard1 Plus.
  2. If asked to log in, log in as Supervisor.
  3. Click View > Guard1 Plus Options.
  4. Click the Security tab.
  5. If the Use Password Protection box is checked, skip to Step 4. If it is not checked:
    1. Click the box to enable it.
    2. Set the Supervisor password. This password is case-sensitive.
    3. Confirm the Supervisor password.
  6. Click Add.
  7. Enter the name and password for the new user.
  8. Verify that the User can use Guard1 Plus box is checked.
  9. Set the desired Access Rights.
  10. Click Save.
  11. Click Save again.
  12. Close and reopen Guard1 Plus.
  13. Log in as Supervisor and attempt to Archive again.
