Symptoms

When attempting to activate Guard1 Plus SE using the Activate Software Wizard (G1ActivateSoftware.exe) you receive the following error:

 

 

 

Error.log (in C:\Program Files\Guard1 Plus SE Server or C:\Program Files (x86)\Guard1 Plus SE Server) shows the error below (or similar):

Resolution

Contact Technical Support to obtain a SQL script that will activate your software.

 

When you're ready to activate, send the following to support@guard1.com:
