When opening Guard1 Plus SE Client you receive the following error:






Close Client SE on all workstations and try again. Client SE licenses are concurrent - you can only open Client SE on as many PCs at a time as you have licenses.


If you've confirmed that Client SE is not running on any workstations and you still receive the error, one or more of your licenses may be locked up. To release the license(s):

To help prevent license conflicts, follow these recommendations:


Note that releasing licenses while the application is in use does not cause data loss or other problems.  If you release a license while someone is using Client SE, they will receive the Unable to obtain a license error and must simply close and reopen the application to obtain a new lease.
