I can not find my program CD

You need to reinstall your Guard1 product but cannot find the installation CD(s).
Download is the preferred delivery method. CDs are available only for the current, shipping version of certain products. NOTE: CDs are NOT available for obsolete/discontinued products.
Guard1 Plus, Guard1 Plus SE, EasyTour
If you have a current Support Subscription you can obtain the latest shipping version via download link free of charge.
If your Support Subscription is expired, you can obtain a CD/DVD only if you already have the current shipping version. If you have an older version you can get a download link for your licensed version, or you can renew your Support Subscription to be eligible to upgrade and receive a download link or CD/DVD for the current version.
Contact Technical Support to determine your eligibility. Before contacting us, please gather as much of the following information as possible:
- Your Product Code or Support Code
- A previous Activation Request form or Activation Number
- A copy of a Support Subscription Renewal notice
- An Invoice or Sales Order number for your Guard1 Plus product(s)
