Adding a Downloader

You need to install a new or additional Downloader on a PC


You need to move your Downloader(s) from one PC to another PC


You are installing an IP Downloader.






In the procedures above, if the Add Devices Wizard cannot detect your devices automatically, it will ask if you want to try again or enter the information manually. Make sure your Downloaders and modems are properly configured, connected and have power and that the phone lines are not in use, then select the Try again… option. If automatic detection fails a second time, contact Technical Support.



If your Downloader doesn’t work properly after following the procedures above, please contact Technical Support.
