No data is restored when Restoring from a password-protected Backup file

When attempting to restore from a password-protected Backup file, you are prompted to enter the password.  After three unsuccessful password entry attempts the Data Maintenance Wizard indicates that the Restore process is finished.  However, no changes are made to the master database.



Entering the incorrect Supervisor password for the password-protected Backup database will cause The password you have entered is incorrectto be displayed. After three attempts to use an incorrect password, Guard1 Plus denies access and cancels the Restore activity.



You must use the correct Supervisor password for the Backup database. Passwords are case-sensitive. If you cannot remember the Supervisor password, contact Technical Support.
