When opening Rounds Tracker, it hangs at the “Loading – please wait” or “Processing – please wait” screen.  It may lock up after a period of time, or finally display report.  Time between launch and report display may be several hours depending on the amount of data in your database.

Archive your Guard1 Plus database to reduce the database size and the amount of data that Rounds Tracker must process.

If reducing the Guard1 Plus database size does not improve the time it takes for Rounds Tracker to generate reports, verify that the Auto-load Spreadsheet option is disabled. If possible, wait for Rounds Tracker to display the report(s).  Then:

  1. Click the Setup button on the Rounds Tracker toolbar to open the Setup Page.
  2. Click the Options Tab.
  3. Uncheck the Auto-load Spreadsheet option.

If it is not desirable to wait for Rounds Tracker to display the report(s), or if the program appears to be locked up, you must reset the Auto-load Spreadsheet option via the Windows Registry.
