How Sweep Logs Work
Who
First, the employee touches a button to log in. This identifies who is doing the sweep or inspection. Each employee receives a button that uniquely identifies that person. We offer a variety of keyring button holders and login boards for employee buttons.
Where
The employee touches a button to confirm the location visited. Buttons can be mounted on shelves, end-caps, equipment, outdoors for ice/snow removal confirmation — almost anywhere. We offer a variety of options for mounting buttons in public areas and where vandalism is a concern.
What
The employee uses the button wallet to record observations or conditions. Observations can be whatever you define – no problem found, spill noted and cleaned up, anything. Up to twelve observations can be recorded directly; more conditions can be recorded using the the wallet as a numeric keypad.
