Wearable Jail and Prison Panic Buttons
Protect your staff and visitors.
Protect your staff and visitors with the Guard1 Duress System. Our personal protection devices (PPD) give your team emergency signaling with real time monitoring and location.
How It Works
- Your staff carries the Duress Device.
- Duress Device sends a signal once per second.
- Press the panic button to signal an emergency.
- The system responds immediately.
- Location is shown on a control room monitor.
Know where staff and visitors are
The Duress Device transmits a signal once a second, so the Guard1 Tracking system knows where it is at all times.
6 different personal alarm alerts
The Duress Device will signal for 6 different conditions so that even if your officer is knocked over or not moving and unable to press the button, The Duress Device will signal and let you know your officer's location.
Respond instantly.
Guard1 supports alarms and signaling devices, including our Tower Light.
Track zone based locations
Guard1 is a zone-based location system. It identifies the zone where an alert occurs - a housing area, corridor, meeting room - any zone you set-up within your facility. Each zone has one or more Guard1 receivers. For additional location information, we offer the Precision Location tag.
Duress Alerts for these conditions
Timing and grace periods for these alerts are configurable, and secondary alerts can be disabled if desired.
