Guard1 is a proof of presence platform that works with behavioral healthcare facilities to provide electronic proof of presence and maximize safety through four modules:

THE PIPE is an easy to learn and use wand system that requires touching the tip of The PIPE to a metal memory button on the wall to document that rounds were completed by staff.

Staff use a mobile device as a digital logbook, recording all of their checks and activities on the device.
The mobile device provides a task list of all of the checks and activities that need to be completed by the staff.
They scan a mixture of RFID Wall Tags mounted throughout the facilities and/or individual wearables, such as wristbands or ID badges.
